Graycheck Gardens at Petite Anse Farm

Consultation

Whatever the project type, we'll help you develop ideas to make your project functional, beautiful, cohesive, and much more. Graycheck Gardens' firm principal is not only a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, but Mr. Graycheck is also a LEED Accredited Professional under the United States Green Building Council. So, not only will your project be greatly thought out, but when there is a need for sustainable and green building practices, you can rest assured that you have one of the very best minds behind your project ideas.

Design

The design phase consists of an initial meeting at the site to discuss the project program (Consultation), a follow-up site visit to take measurements and record existing conditions (Site Assessments), then a detailed preliminary design (Project Design), followed by approval meetings until the design is finalized (Approval Meetings/Project Design).  Once approved by the client, the final design is stamped and delivered. Upon delivery, we present the final design to the client and then discuss preparing a cost estimate, hiring subcontractors, installation procedures, and scheduling (Project Management).

Project Management

By managing project design and development, we maintain critical timelines and ensure the integrity of your project, while working within YOUR targeted budget. Before you build your home or break ground for your dream development project have us develop a site plan and cost analysis for you that clearly defines your layout and helps attain your goals. We work with developers, architects, electricians, irrigation specialists and builders. Analyzing multiple design layouts with input from an array of professionals can result in value assessments that have targeted, real-world implications and with a landscape architect at the helm, your project ties neatly together with all aspects proportionally presented.
